Our core technology is conceived by an enthusiastic
Ph. D student who was studying electric engineering with emphasis in robotics.
He needed a high performance motor system with undersized solution
to put into a robot arm. After months of experiments, he stumbled upon a solution.
It was a breakthrough. An easy manipulation in the traditional planetary gear system.
It was simple yet elegant, but most of all it worked.
We are a drive solution provider with expertise in motor engineering,
motor control and integrated clouding computing.

Hycore is prepared with two years of incubating process with painstaking research,
through market analysis, and cooperative fundraising by the university,
angel investors, and the co-founders themselves. With its humble beginning,
Hycore is dedicated to educate the masses about the benefits of our core technology,
engineer possible way to apply it to various field,
and ultimately apply our technology to enhance our daily living.

TECHNOLOGY

DUOMO® – DUAL MOTOR SYSTEM

Hycore’s unique dual motor technology, Duomo®, harmonizes the core components by
honing the efficiencies within the inherent characteristics of the core components:
controller, motors, batteries, and gears.

GEAR SYSTEM

 

Hycore’s patented speed-and-torque combining gear system allows the users to dramatically increase efficiency and performance of one’s electric bicycles.

CONTROLLER AND ADDON

 

Single & dual motor controller and its various sensors analyze the environment and maximize the efficiency while operating the motor.

APPLICATION

 

Self-developed application maximizes user engagement and advanced connectivity between electric bicycle and its users by accumulating, analyzing and implementing data for maximum efficiency and performance.

2015 HYCORE T1

HYCORE T1 embraces Hycore’s intelligent
controller that works with various sensors via bluetooth
connection. The controller analyzes not only
the status of the electric bicycle but also
the environment of the bicycle to improve efficiency
without sacrificing maximum torque.

2015 MICRO EV(1.5w~4kw) DRIVE SYSTEM

Hycore has developed dual motor systems for larger applications
such as in electric motorcycles and other Micro-EVs.
This applicable system we have developed is 20% higher
in efficiency and significantly more resistant to heat.

2012 ELECTRIC BICYCLE(250w~500w)
DRIVE SYSTEM

Dual motor system improves the speed-torque performance
by combing two motors with one planetary gear, in which
one motor is for high speed and the other for high torque.
In other words, one can realize high speed at low torque,
and high torque at low speed, similar to how an automatic
transmission operates in automobiles.
